		<description><![CDATA[Totally agree, Linda. A manager that doesn&#039;t coach isn&#039;t leading. Of all the management skills, the ability to coach is the most important. Also the impact on the individual is much more than from any other learning intervention. Why bother with this coaching stuff? Because it is the only skill that really drives change.]]></description>
