Linda Denny
Founder of The Smart Coaching Company, Linda contributes a wealth of highly valuable human resources experience, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills, extensive training and an undisputed enthusiasm for her work as a coach,
writer and speaker.
With a successful career in HR spanning 17 years in blue chip organisations, working with clients up to board level, Linda has a vital understanding of the pressures and issues facing individuals and businesses in today’s unstable markets.
Linda’s progression into coaching derived from an evaluation of her own personal circumstances, ambitions, strengths and interests. Recognising that her interest, skills and training positioned her ideally to assist both individuals and businesses, Linda continued her own personal development by training as a qualified coach.
Linda draws on her key strengths and interests by specialising in career coaching. Generally working on a one-to-one level with individuals, Linda focuses on empowering them to either progress within their current business or alternatively explore new and exciting opportunities. Clients benefit from her personal focus and attention, as well as her ability to challenge, think creatively and her natural desire to help individuals develop.
Linda has regular coaching herself. She also coaches and mentors other coaches to develop their passion and skills.
